Customer may return product after purchase before the 30-day period passes (date of purchase listed on the receipt). Any refund claims after 30 days of the purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances. In order to return product, product must not be damaged, used or abused in any way. 3M Adhesive Tape on the back must not be taken off or product will be void for our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (NOTE DO NOT CLAIM REFUND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PLACED IT ON YOUR VEHICLE). All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the product value. If product is received damaged, or missing pieces are returned, purchaser will be responsible for the damages and will be charged accordingly. The purchaser is responsible for ALL shipping cost including sending the product to QPS Warehouse for refund. After claiming refund, a refund agreement must be signed by the customer to insure security.

REFUND POLICY FOR AFTERMARKET PRODUCTS
There are no refunds for any products / aftermarket products. Exchanges are available only for certain products (contact us for inquiry about a specific product) or if item was damaged through shipment.

IF REPLACING/REPAIR IS NEEDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD THE PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH A SALES RECEIPT/PROOF OF PURCHASE INDICATION DATE OF PURCHASE, AMOUNT PAID AND PLACE OF PURCHASE OR NOTE FROM A SALES ASSOCIATE WITH LEGIBLE SIGNATURE. CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REPAIR OF ANY UNIT RECEIVED WITHOUT SUCH PROOF OF PURCHASE.

The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the unit to the CUSTOMTRUCKADDONS.com Warehouse address. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship, which occur during normal use (NOT MISHANDLING INSTALLATION). The warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied by the warrantor, or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation, misapplication, set-up adjustments, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, wear and tear.
